This suit is the first work by mandbrot.exe. Now you are hearing No.6 pentatonic. It consists of 12 pieces and takes 40 minutes to play all pieces. They are Standard MIDI files and can be played by any GM standard device. By the "MIDI" button you can select a piece on a clickable map.

For the jam session of "SaRiGaMa oil vending orchestra". SaRiGaMa is improvisation party and for net co-creation. In the jam session of SaRiGaMa, people and computer play music together in improvised mode.
You can hear "Mandelbrot Suit 3" composed for the GaMaGaMa session on June 1998 and "Mandelbrot Suit 4" composed for the PaDaPaDa session on Autumn 1998. I applied the microtone system and new rythmic method of the latest version of Mandelbrot music program to it.

C source code, only an engine part of windows program, is also free and open in public domain, so that you can revise, alter, or arrange it for other operating systems. Please email to me about the republication if possible later on. The operation of this program has been confirmed under UNIX OS. Same source code is bundled in a ZIP-compressed file.
